Ingredients needed

:2 handfuls of fresh spinach1 Sundaya handful of mixed nutssalt and pepper to tasteolive oil for topping

Wash and drythe spinach, then divide it into smaller pieces. We tear the sundries into smaller pieces with our hands. We chop the nuts into smaller pieces. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. We season with salt and pepper and pour olive oil on top. The salad can be served as a stand-alone dish or as a side dish for dinner.

Chicken in vegetables

Chicken is a dish that always proves itself as a wholesome and healthy source of protein. We can prepare it in many different ways, but today we offer a simple recipe for chicken in vegetables.

Ingredients needed:

2 chicken fillets1 onion1 bell pepper1 zucchini2 cloves of garlic2 tablespoons soy saucesalt and pepper to tasteolive oil for frying

Wash and dry the chicken fillets and cut them into smaller pieces. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, add the sliced onion and garlic and fry until soft and lightly browned. Then add sliced bell peppers and zucchini and fry for another few minutes. Finally, add the sliced chicken fillets and fry until they are soft and well browned. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Serve the dish on plates, pairing perfectly with your favorite side dish, such as rice or grits.
